By using our website, submitting a form, chatting with our AI assistant, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Systaflow designs and builds automation systems for businesses, including CRM automation, lead follow-up, AI chat and voice assistants, reporting dashboards, and operational workflows. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission.
- Use our forms, chat, or AI assistants to send spam or abusive content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Copy or scrape our website content for commercial use without permission.
3. AI Voice Calls and Live Chat
Our website includes live demos of the systems we build:
- AI voice calls: by submitting our "Get a call from my AI" form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive an automated phone call from our AI voice assistant at the number you provided, including a possible follow-up call if we can't reach you or if you ask to be called back. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You can opt out at any time by saying "don't call me again" during a call or by emailing us.
- AI live chat: our chat is powered by AI and may collect your details and book appointments on our behalf.
AI assistants can make mistakes. Information shared by our AI assistants is for general guidance only and is not a quote, commitment, or professional advice. Any pricing, scope, or timeline will be confirmed by Vanessa directly.
Only submit a phone number that belongs to you. AI voice calls are currently available for United States phone numbers only.
4. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. Please give notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may decline to take on a project if it is not a good fit.
5. Results and Case Studies
Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on our website describe past work and individual experiences. Results depend on many factors, including your business, team, tools, and lead sources. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a particular response rate, revenue, or number of leads.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our systems often rely on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, Make, Salesforce, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature changes, or policy changes made by those platforms. You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with them, and for following their terms.
7. Your Compliance Responsibilities
When we build calling, texting, or email automations for your business, you are responsible for making sure your use of them complies with applicable laws and platform rules, including consent requirements, do-not-call rules, and messaging registration (such as A2P 10DLC). We can guide you on best practices, but we do not provide legal advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and videos, belongs to Systaflow and may not be reused without permission. Ownership of work created for clients is defined in each client's project agreement.
9. Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systaflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our website or AI assistants. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Liability for paid services is governed by the relevant project agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
